The service

Park Vitals is a mobile app for iPhone and Android and a web service ("Park Vitals", "we") that shows operating figures for family entertainment centers using data you authorize us to read from your point-of-sale and scheduling systems.

Your account

Your account is tied to a mobile phone number you control. You are responsible for that number and for anyone you invite to your account. Keep the credentials for your connected point-of-sale and scheduling systems accurate. We only ever read from those systems and never write to them.

Subscription and billing

Plans are priced per park. Yearly plans are billed once a year in advance; monthly plans are billed each month. Payments are processed by Stripe. Each park is its own subscription and its own invoice, and may be bought or canceled on its own. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. When you cancel, that park’s access continues to the end of the paid term and then stops. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Acceptable use

Use the service only for your own business operations. Do not attempt to access other customers' data, interfere with the service, or resell access.

Availability and liability

The service depends on third-party systems we do not control, so figures may be delayed or unavailable. The service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before a claim.
